Does DTALeads sell exclusive leads?
Yes. DTALeads works with only one wholesaler per market. We give every lead in your market to you and to no other wholesaler. We never sell or send the same lead to a second wholesaler.
Are the leads really off-market?
Yes. Every lead comes from an agent before or instead of a public listing. They are not on the MLS, Zillow, or any public list, so it is not the same data every other investor is pulling.
